My first business meeting was a big step. I’m building an AI consultancy, Summit Intelligent Systems, where we create free AI tools for local businesses, and Braxton Animal Works became our first customer. During the meeting, Mr. Dave Braxton gave us valuable advice on how to grow. He explained that businesses only care about results, specifically turning leads into profit and increasing the number of leads. Instead of sending generic cold emails, he emphasized making them highly personalized with a strong value proposition. Showing a business its specific problems and offering a clear solution is what actually gets their attention. Based on this, I created a custom AI auditor that analyzes a business and generates a detailed report with insights and ways AI can help. Mr. Braxton liked the idea and suggested using it in all our outreach. I think this approach will help us get more customers and continue growing.

Summit Intelligent Systems is a group of 6 high schoolers trying to build the biggest AI company in the world, or at least get there someday. Right now, our two biggest problems are getting customers and deploying everything for free because we're broke. To fix the customer problem, I built an autonomous agent that finds local businesses, scrapes their sites, and drafts emails for me to approve, and it's already gotten a response, even if it was a no. To fix the money problem, I've been doing everything I can to stay on the free tier, including turning my old Windows laptop into a server that now sounds like a jet plane at night. Hopefully it doesn't crash. See you later.
