Business Meeting

My first business meeting was a big step. I’m building an AI consultancy, Summit Intelligent Systems, where we create free AI tools for local businesses, and Braxton Animal Works became our first customer. During the meeting, Mr. Dave Braxton gave us valuable advice on how to grow. He explained that businesses only care about results, specifically turning leads into profit and increasing the number of leads. Instead of sending generic cold emails, he emphasized making them highly personalized with a strong value proposition. Showing a business its specific problems and offering a clear solution is what actually gets their attention. Based on this, I created a custom AI auditor that analyzes a business and generates a detailed report with insights and ways AI can help. Mr. Braxton liked the idea and suggested using it in all our outreach. I think this approach will help us get more customers and continue growing.

My First Business Meeting. Whooooo.

As you probably know, I am developing an AI consultancy, Summit Intelligent Systems, where we develop free AI tools and give them to local businesses to help them grow. One of these businesses, Braxton Animal Works, was our first customer, and during this business meeting, the owner, Mr. Dave Braxton, was giving us advice on how we can expand and get more customers.

He stated that businesses consider only two things: how we can turn leads into profits, and how we can maximize the number of leads that we get. So instead of mass sending generic cold emails, emails should be sent with a touch of personalization and a great value proposition. If you can say to the business, “Look, here is where we detected your shortfalls,” and then offer them a solution, then and only then will they be interested in your services.

With that in mind, I have created a new type of emailing. Instead of traditional outreach asking if the business wants to use AI, I made a custom AI auditor that scrapes and analyzes multiple aspects of that business before compiling them all together into one comprehensive report that summarizes everything and provides a way that AI can help with the problems the business faces.

When pitching this to Mr. Braxton, he said it was quite good and wanted me to incorporate this type of AI auditing in all of our cold outreach emails, which I plan on doing in order to get the maximum potential.

I believe with this new approach, we are going to get so many more customers and become bigger and bigger.

See you later.
